The costs of Obamacare health plans which will be offered through the exchange is determined by plan selection (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) if eligible to enroll in a QHP (Qualified Health Plan), and eligiblity to participate in affordability programs. The best way to predict your premium will be to determine if you will be eligible for an Advanced Tax Credit , Cost Sharing, Medicaid or CHIP.
What Do you Qualify for?
Medicaid : Income Less that 138% FPL (state participation and aproval required)
CHIP: (see state guidelines)
Premium Tax Credits: Income between 133% and 400% FPL
Cost Sharing: annual household income at or below 250% of the FPL, OR an annual household income at or below 300% of the FPL for American Indians and Alaska Natives and enroll in a Silver Plan.

What is FPL?
FPL is the Federal Poverty Line as determined by the HHS and ACA.
